Created for the launch of a new movie “The Darjeeling Ltd”, the four Tuk Tuks were wrapped by Raccoon (Hampshire) in specially commissioned artwork to reflect the Wes Anderson production.
The artwork included pictures of the lead characters, Owen Wilson, Adrien Brody and Jason Swartzman, and the little Tuk Tuk proved to be the most intricate vehicle Raccoon had ever worked on.
“We wrapped two 40ft articulated lorries, which were to carry the England rugby team’s baggage to France for the World Cup in just two days – that’s about 3,200 square feet of vehicle,” said Sales Director Sam Williams.
“By comparison one tiny Tuk Tuk also took two whole days.”
The Tuk Tuks had to be absolutely perfect and, once again, Raccoon delivered.
